Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account at bdt 900, you must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own — creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each person may operate only one account; we reserve the right to cancel any duplicate accounts. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Rules of Use & Prohibited Activities

The bdt 900 platform may only be used for lawful and personal entertainment purposes. Any form of fraud, hacking, bot usage, or system manipulation is strictly prohibited, and any such activity detected will result in the immediate closure of the account. Harassing, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward other users is completely unacceptable. No content, design, or software on the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time without providing a reason.

Financial Transactions & Payment Policy

All financial transactions will be conducted in BDT and local payment methods may be used where applicable. Specified limits and processing times apply to deposits and withdrawals, which will be noted separately on the platform. Any transaction associated with money laundering or illegal financial activity will be immediately cancelled and the relevant authorities may be notified. Withdrawal requests will go through a verification process and identity confirmation documents may be requested if necessary. bdt 900 reserves the right to reclaim any funds incorrectly credited due to a technical error.

Gaming Rules & Results

Each game has its own rules, which are clearly displayed before the game begins. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer and are considered final. If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded or settled in accordance with the applicable policy. In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, the decision of bdt 900 shall be final. We are always committed to ensuring responsible gaming and limit-setting features are available when needed.

Liability Limits

We will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the bdt 900 platform, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for issues caused by internet disconnection, device problems, or third-party service failures. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or upgrades, and we will endeavour to provide advance notice. Any financial loss resulting from a user's own decision to participate in gaming activities is entirely the user's own responsibility.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation, and if necessary, resolved through arbitration. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. The Bengali version of these terms shall be considered the authoritative document.
